02Use of the website
The website is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it available and accurate but offer no guarantee of uninterrupted access or absence of errors. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
03Our services
Obvius designs, builds, connects and maintains personalized dashboards and automations on the tools you already use. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or quote, which together with these terms forms our agreement. In case of conflict, the signed proposal prevails.
04Quotes, orders and payment
- →Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- →Our pricing typically combines a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, as detailed in the proposal.
- →Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may incur statutory interest and the fixed recovery indemnity provided by law.
- →You keep and pay for your own third-party tool subscriptions and their usage costs.
05Your responsibilities
You agree to give us the access and information we need to deliver (for example connections to the accounts you choose), to keep that information accurate, and to use the deliverables in line with the terms of the third-party tools they rely on.
06Ownership and deliverables
You own your dashboards, your data and your accounts. On full payment, the deliverables we build for you are yours, with no lock-in. We keep ownership of our pre-existing know-how, methods and reusable components. We do not claim any right over your business data.
07Intellectual property
The website, its design and its content are owned by L41 Invest or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior permission.
08Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement.
09Warranties and liability
We provide our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for the availability, behaviour or pricing of third-party tools and APIs, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
10Term and termination
Ongoing services run on a monthly basis and can be ended by either party with the notice stated in the proposal. On termination, we help you take over what we built and we hand back access. Your accounts and data remain yours.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nanterre, France.
