Obvius is a service operated by L41 Invest, a company registered in France (SIREN 912 298 411), with its registered office at 8 boulevard du Colonel Fabien, 92240 Malakoff, France. For the personal data described in this policy, L41 Invest acts as the data controller.

02What data we collect
We only collect what we need to talk with you and run our services:
- →Identity and contact details you give us (name, email, company, role) when you book a call or write to us.
- →Usage data about your visit (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) through privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics.
- →The content of our exchanges (emails, call notes, proposals).
- →Your business data inside the tools you connect, which we process only as a processor under a separate agreement (see Data Processing & Security).
03Why we use it (legal bases)
- →To answer your request and provide our services, on the basis of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
- →To operate, secure and improve our website, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

04Analytics and cookies
Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics and sets only essential cookies (such as your language preference) by default. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.
05Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate (for example website hosting, email, scheduling and analytics), who act on our instructions. 06International transfers
We host and process data in the European Union wherever possible. Where a provider operates outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
07How long we keep it
- →Prospect and contact data: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- →Client data: for the duration of the engagement plus the legal retention periods, in particular for accounting records.
- →Website analytics: kept in aggregated form only.
08Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to certain uses. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

09Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and credentials stored in a secret manager. Access is scoped and can be revoked at any time.
